9-0

In a unanimous decision today, the US Supreme Court ruled that Colorado cannot exclude Donald Trump from their presidential ballot.  As reported by PJMedia:

"The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand,” the justices wrote. "All nine Members of the Court agree with that result."

  2. That whole court should be disbarred. They shouldn't be able to pass judgement even in a PeeWee baseball game. They are utterly corrupt and every lawyer that brings a case before them should bring that fact up. If the Governor doesn't have the authority to remove them summarily he should introduce impeachment procedures for each and every one. If he doesn't, he should be impeached and his successor should learn from his predecessor's stupidity.

9-0 Wow! Finally, the future of the country takes precedence over a political party.

I’m not smart enough to know all the precedents and such. However it makes sense that there should be a Supreme Court ruling instead of a bunch of state courts deciding this issue.
