Can You REALLY Zero Your Rifle At 30 Yards?

We were talking about this the other day, and I'm not sure that we covered all the bases.  Ron covers them here.

    Nope, can’t. Get it on paper at 200, sure. But zeroed? Not a chance. Plenty of bullets take 75 yards just to settle down.
