Boiling 600 Pounds of Pig Parts in Louisiana!! RARE Cajun American Food!!!

Because it's Saturday night and I'm enjoying a bourbon.  So, it's time to watch silly YouTube videos.

Toward the end, they talk about hogs-head cheese.  It's not cheese, and it isn't made (anymore) form a hog's head, but when it's done right, it's wonderful.

  1. I dont eat hog head cheese, because of the name, Greg loves it. However, I have seen tamales being made from the meat on a hog's head, from a Zwolle native, and I never turn down a homemade tamale!
