Tucker tells us that there are some things that we need to know about the Ukraine government. Things we may not like.
Toward the end of the segment he reveals that the medics have been ordered to castrate Russian POWs. That is a bit extreme and is a war crime. I'm a soldier and have led a soldier's life.It is my firm belief that every soldier has a responsibility to conduct himself properly during conflict which can be brutal and legal. But, soldiers should be forced to answer for their cries and the old "Just Following Orders" defense died at Nuremberg.
Sorry, but this sounds like propaganda. Even though the Ukrainian government is corrupt, and I'm sure the populace is extremely PO'ed, I can't imagine the military committing a very clear and obvious war crime. Zelensky has been winning the propaganda war against Russia, and I can't imagine him crossing that bright line, no matter how corrupt he is.
ReplyDeleteAgree with kamas. Sounds fishy and if it turns out to be false Tucker has a bit to explain for propagating unvetted info, not his usual style.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, if it IS true, the Ukrainian military may lose a tremendous amount of support from the international community.
Been a long night upchucking.
