COVID-19 Bounty?

Is there a Covid-19 bounty?  Bill Whittle explains.

Perverse incentive is an economic term that describes an unintended consequence If hospitals are paid more to treat Covid, then they will end to report more Covid, which leads to skewed data.

Is Covid-19 a real problem?  Yes, of course it is.  But, Governors make decisions based on data, and if that data is skewed, we come to a computer term, GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) that describes decision-making with bad data.

We are now in what experts are calling the "third spike" of this dreadful disease, but many of us are wondering if government policy is magnifying the data that the decision makers use to make decisions.
