Yes, but the magic word that keeps that from happening is "Thalidomide".
ReplyDeleteAs incompetent as the FDA is, as "fouled" up their whole process is, they will always get a pass because they claim that their process kept Thalidomide out of the US.
Never mind the other drugs they had to take off the market after release because of some serious problem or other that their certification process failed to detect.
Interestingly, the confirmation word is "messess"
