Then that sheet was taken to the machine which recorded the ballot. Ours did have a short line, but not a bother.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12389938.post-88625520362289569202022-11-01T05:15:32.096-05:002022-11-01T05:15:32.096-05:00Because its harder to cheat if everyone has to sho...Because its harder to cheat if everyone has to show ID?
Seriously, there were counties in the 2020 election that recorded, officially recorded, 115% of registered voters in their district. This was the registered official tally, signed by election officials.
Why vote again?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12389938.post-54868057578838816762022-10-31T23:33:55.008-05:002022-10-31T23:33:55.008-05:00@juvat: Now THAT is a poll worker, and supervisor,...@juvat: Now THAT is a poll worker, and supervisor, who might make the process look good after all. There was a line, and according to the machine, over 1700 folks have been through the early voting at that site. :-)Old NFOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16404197287935017147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12389938.post-81106171001484187552022-10-31T14:52:34.368-05:002022-10-31T14:52:34.368-05:00Early voted last week. Took about 15 minutes from parking to leaving. There was an interesting event happen while we were there. One of the voting machines filled up with the paper ballots. The Guy in Charge stopped everything, asked for quiet and explained that they would be taking that machine off line and replacing it with another (empty) one and anybody that was interested in "viewing" the process was welcome to accompany them. A few people volunteered. I knew a couple personally, good folks. I was reassured. And feeling a bit more confident in the future.juvathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09096708575138552532noreply@blogger.com
