Iran Shooting at Drones

Fox News is reporting that the Iranians fired on a US drone operating over international waters.
According to (Pentagon spokesman George) Little, two Iranian jets fired twice, missing on both attempts -- the drone headed away from the Iranian coast, landing safely soon after at an undisclosed location. The Iranian jets pursued the drone for a short period before giving up.
What did we do? Nothing.
He would not say whether there were actually plans for a military response. Asked if this should be considered an act of war, Little said he didn't want to get into "legal characterizations" of the event.
Well, of course not. What will probably happen is the next time President Imadinnerjacket is in New York, Obama will show up to plant a big wet kiss on his ass.  That seems to be our preferred method of dealing with the Iranians.
The Pentagon announced the incident as the administration imposed a new round of financial sanctions against Iranian officials and entities. They marked the first sanctions since President Obama's re-election Tuesday.
They couldn't have announced it any earlier, it might have affected the election.  According to the article, this incident occurred on November 1.  Today is what... November 8.  It took the Pentagon a week to get the country up to speed.  But, to recap, the Iranians fired on a US asset over international waters and the United States response so far is... nothing.

Wow, well played, Captain Unicorn. Well played, indeed. Our President has all the spine of a marshmallow. But after you allowed an Embassador to be massacred, what's letting a hostile nation shoot at your equipment, anyhow?

Same response as when Islamic extremists killed our ambassador.
You're surprised?
