Nuance

We've got jihadis killing American ambassadors and the administration can't get a believable narrative going. We've got Iran getting close to building nukes and Israel making preparations for war.  We've got the Egyptian army doing God-knows-what in the Sinai and we've got the very best of leadership in Washington.

I'm left wondering why he's campaigning so hard to be president, if he doesn't intend to do the job.  This might be the most important foreign policy weekend he's had during his presidency and he spent most of it watching sports.

We have the very best leadership in Washington? Good thing that you told me, otherwise, I wouldn't have known it. Shame that his opposition is so wimpy.

You know, he governs about the way someone would govern if he knew the world would end on 12-21-12 or something. Going through the motions, but it really doesn't matter what results are achieved. Until this week I was of the opinion that all that Mayan calendar stuff was just a bunch of Democrat campaign promises. Now,thanks to the US President who governs "present", I'm not so sure.
