Then a man jumped out of the car and threw a soda through her window.I'm not the only one noticing more reported racial crimes. Thomas Sowell wrote last week about the increase in hate crimes:
"He said, 'This is for you, you white b----. This is a grape soda.' And then they took off," Shannon said.
Similar episodes of unprovoked violence by young black gangs against white people chosen at random on beaches, in shopping malls, or in other public places have occurred in Philadelphia, New York, Denver, Chicago, Cleveland, Washington, Los Angeles, and other places across the country. Both the authorities and the media tend to try to sweep these episodes under the rug.We have a violent subculture in this country that simply doesn't know how to act in polite society. They target the weak and helpless, mainly based on race. Yet, many in government, both local and national, don't want to identify it as racial crime. That's idiotic.
In 2009, Eric Holder said that the US was a nation of cowards on race discussions. I'm beginning to think that Eric Holder is a coward on identifying race crimes in the US.
