Freedom!

I understand that our President is telling people that if the Republicans win next year, the US will enter a new era of self-reliance. Really.

At a million-dollar San Francisco fundraiser today, President Obama warned his recession-battered supporters that if he loses the 2012 election it could herald a new, painful era of self-reliance in America.

Great! I can't think of a better reason to vote him out. Self-reliance is what made American great. As we rolled across this great country during Manifest Destiny, self-reliance is what propelled us along. It's what made us the greatest nation on the earth. Freedom to succeed or fail on our own, without a government that wants to hold us back.

I think that self-reliance is a good thing. We should vote him out at the earliest opportunity.
