I jest.
However, it looks like they're pissed at Obama. Turns out, he hasn't been treating them well either. The Washington Examiner covered a meeting where Representative Maxine Waters told members of the audience that the CBC is tired of covering for the President and is ready to have a conversation about his shortcomings.
The problem, Waters said, is that Obama is not paying enough attention to the problems of some black Americans. The unemployment rate for African-Americans nationally is a little over 16 percent, and almost twice that in Detroit. And yet, Waters said, the president is on a jobs-promotion trip through the Midwest that does not include any stops in black communities. "The Congressional Black Caucus loves the president too," Waters said. "We're supportive of the president, but we're getting tired, ya'll. We're getting tired. And so, what we want to do is, we want to give the president every opportunity to show what he can do and what he's prepared to lead on. We want to give him every opportunity, but our people are hurting. The unemployment is unconscionable. We don't know what the strategy is. We don't know why on this trip that he's in the United States now, he's not in any black community. We don't know that."It's simple, Maxine. The black community is going to vote for Obama. That's a dead-set cinch. There is no reason for him to consult with you, no reason for him to show up in black communities, no reason for him to have anything to do with you. He's got your vote and you know it as well as anyone.
There is simply no reason for the President of the United States to give a screaming damn what the black community thinks. Y'all are going to vote for him anyway. If the CBC would come out and endorse Mitt Romney, or Michelle Bachmann, or even Rick Perry for president, then maybe Obama would give you the time of day, but your support for him is so complete, so fawning, that he's giving you the big "screw-you" and you're too damned stupid to see it.

IIRC,
I think it was LBJ that stated with all the welfare/social services he was creating that: "I'll have those ni**ers voting Democrat for the next 100 yrs." It appears he was right.
