I know you couldn't stand Bush; frankly, I didn't like him either. But if you blindly turn your eyes and ears from what is being done with this so-called health care bill, then you are truly a fool. It isn't just about "health care".
Sorry, Termite, but I'm not the fool wearing blinders. If you think you don't need health care reform, wait two years after you or a dependant get treated for heart disease, cancer or diabetes, and then come back and tell us what happened to your health insurance premiums. $500 a month will become $2500 a month or even more unless you're lucky enough to have government group insurance. Been there, done it, got the t-shirt and the bankruptcy papers to prove it.

And I repeat: this bill is not about good affordable health insurance. That is not it's true purpose.
I agree that major changes need to be made to the health insurance/health care system. No arguement with you there.
But this bill isn't how to do it.
